Are there any automatic payments?
When you purchase one of our plans, the selected payment method will be automatically charged according to your billing cycle (monthly or semi-annual), until you decide to cancel it. Renewals happen automatically on the billing date without additional notifications, so we recommend marking these dates in your calendar if you're considering changing your plan.

What should I do if I want to switch to semi-annual billing?
Switching to semi-annual billing is simple and allows you to save money! You will only pay for 5 months, and the 6th month will be free! To do this, log in to your account, go to the 'Billing' tab, click 'Manage Subscription' and 'Change Plan'. Then enable 'Pay Semi-Annually' as your preferred billing option. Changes will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
